Educational & Support Services (ESS) provide support and services for both staff and students.

VPSLAN Technology Support provides technology support for over 250 staff reporting to the Vice President and Associate Provost.  Staff can submit tickets for service, search a knowledge base for frequently asked questions, and access an up-to-date Staff Directory.

Michigan State University is proud of the active partnership with our host community, the City of East Lansing.  These initiatives are jointly administered by the Division of Student Affairs and Services and the Office of Governmental Affairs.  A full range of information and programs effecting students in the East Lansing community are provided through the Community Liaison, and College Life:  East Lansing.

The Family Resource Center provides work-life programs for students, faculty and staff.  This university-wide program reports administratively through Student Affairs and Educational and Support Services.

Student Affairs actively partners with the Higher Adult and Lifelong Education (HALE) program in the College of Education in providing leadership for the Student Affairs Administration practicum, and the undergraduate leadership course,  EAD 315.
